Passaconaway Ave ADU

After developing multiple iterations and tailoring the project to the client’s budget, we arrived at this simple, yet effective design. The ADU replaced an existing, deteriorating lean to shed structure and was connected to the existing detached garage. Boasting a full kitchen, full bathroom, living space, a large bedroom with a walk in closet, and vaulted ceilings throughout, the small footprint has plenty to offer.

The design extended beyond the footprint of the living space to provide a covered carport that connects directly to the entrance to the ADU. Designed for easy accessibility, this addition to the property is helping keep a family together.
