Niles Beach Duplex
An existing single family home that was in heavy disrepair was removed to make way for this new two-family dwelling. A unique and difficult lot created some challenges to overcome to prepare for the new structure, but the result is this beautiful pair of units with extraordinary views of the beach and beyond to the Boston skyline.
