Ridge Street New Build

This new construction single family home replaced an existing structure that was in much need of repair. Due to site grading and non-conforming conditions, the new project mimicked the footprint of the existing structure and grew vertically to meet the needs of the owner. A unique, yet fitting street presence brought new life to this property that pulled from the historical Tudor-style homes scattered throughout the neighborhood.
